The two stages will be located at both ends of River Front Park during Memorial Day weekend.. Two major stages will feature over 50 local and regional groups during the hours of Artsfest. ‘Stage on Herr’ at Kunkel Plaza, which is located at State and Front, and ‘Stage on Herr’ at Walnut, located between Walnut and Locust on Front Street’s Riverfront Park will be filled with all genre’s of excellent talent.
